TWO WISE MEN
Two friends invested in a high-floor apartment in Dubai Marina. The original apartment was designed by Fendi and they wanted the furniture to be modern, but timeless. We mostly worked on the furniture and wall decor, but also renovated one of the bathrooms to better use the space.
LIVING
After deciding the best layout would have the living area moved to a more central position, we created a boiserie to increase the wall and incorporate the TV and wine and beverage cooler on the side. A bar area was created near the window so the guys and their guests can enjoy a glass in front of the amazing view.
SMALL BEDROOM
Walls needed a bit of personality. An Italy lover owner deserves his bedroom of Mediterranean inspiration
MASTER BEDROOM
The layout in this room was a challenge as the owner wanted to enjoy the view while staying in bed and watching a movie. The solution we found works wonders.
MASTER BATHROOM
The bathroom space was more than enough to host a walk-in shower and a bathtub, so we started working on it.
