A young man gets his first apartment. A two-bedroom, wonderfully located in the heart of Dubai Marina with an amazing view of the Canal.

LIVING

The big round pillar sitting in front of the best viewpoint in the apartment needed a more integrated feel. The TV area was meant to be on the opposite wall, so we changed the sockets' location. The tilted walls were re-oriented to face the newly relocated screen.

KITCHEN

The kitchen partition was blocking part of the view and it gave the impression the area was much smaller. It clearly had to go! We had to rethink the full kitchen layout to ensure its most practical and enjoyable use.

BATHROOMS

The bathroom design was dated and we need to think of a more modern option. The bathtub didn't fit the owner's lifestyle so we replaced it with a walk-in shower. The bidet was replaced by a bidet spray only and loads of storage was created.

BEDROOM

Ambient architectural lights were very important for the client. We installed rgb lights that change colors with voice commands dictating the desired mood.
