THE ITALIAN PENTHOUSE

In the heart of Umbria, Italy, under Mount Subasio and overlooking the famous Assisi, the penthouse of the A family following a total renovation has become a real jewel. Scroll down to see the result

The Interior

Three bedrooms were much too much for this modern couple, so they asked for office space, a guest room, and a master bedroom. They kept the two bathrooms, but wanted a different design, while the living area had to be minimalistic, spacious, and neat. They wanted a small but comfortable kitchen for those rare occasions when they choose to cook.

The design provides a modern spacious-looking living room and dining area with a semi-closed kitchen.
The straight lines of the entire space are in contrast with the curved sofa and the round design of the light fixture above the dinner table.
The colors are neutral but somewhat warm. They provide a sense of order and peace to the ambient.

The Exterior

When it comes to the terrace they only want one thing: To relax!
Being inspired by the amazing view on Mount Subasio a dining area was designed, flanked by not one but two relaxation areas, one with a jacuzzi and one with two lounge chairs all to better enjoy everything that beautiful Assisi has to offer.
