Destiny change

G. is not a farmer, but he has a good nose for business, so when he inherited a stable in Tuscany with nice space around it he immediately thought to change it into a house. He requested a weekend house for a bachelor.

The interior

A mezzanine has been designed to make the best use of the height of the building. Furnished nice and cozy as a simple bedroom to use if needed. The ground floor has been equipped with a kitchen and a quite spacious living and dining area.

The exterior

Particular attention has been paid to the outside, whereas per request a large swimming pool with relax area has been designed. Attached to the house was provided a dining area, not too big, to leave room for a beautiful lawn, but not too small to enjoy those beautiful Tuscan summer evenings.
